Trust
Trust and security
How Cloverr protects your workspace, your team and the people you work with.
Your data stays yours
Workspace content is only used to run your workspace. It's never sold, and never used to train anyone's AI models.
Bees only see what you allow
Each Bee has its own access settings (read mail, read docs, create tasks…). A Bee can't read anything outside the access you gave it, and it can't browse the web.
People approve what leaves
Emails Bees write to people outside your workspace wait for approval when the Bee is set to ask first. Every Bee action is logged on its Trail.
Account security
Email verification, optional login verification codes on new devices, alerts for sign-ins from new devices, breached-password checks and rate limits on sign-in.
Encryption
All traffic uses HTTPS (TLS). Sign-in codes are stored hashed, and passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
Respecting the people you email
Emails sent from Cloverr to outside addresses include a way to stop further emails. Once someone uses it, Cloverr won't let your workspace email them again.
Links
Links in chat are checked before they're posted, and opening a link to another site always shows where it really goes.
Reporting a problem
