To keep Cloverr safe for everyone, including the people you email and work with, you must not use it to:
- Scam or deceive. No phishing, impersonating people or organisations, fake invoices, fraud, or collecting passwords or payment details under false pretences.
- Spam. Don't send unsolicited bulk or marketing email. Respect people who ask you to stop: Cloverr blocks further email to anyone who opts out.
- Harm people. No harassment, threats, hate, or sharing someone's private information without a lawful reason.
- Break the law. No illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (which we report), infringing someone's intellectual property, or breaking data protection law.
- Attack systems. No malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities without permission, getting around limits or security, or overloading the service.
- Misuse AI features. Don't use them to generate any of the above, or to try to make an AI teammate reach data it hasn't been given.
- Resell or copy Cloverr without our written permission.
What happens if you break this policy
- Automated checks may hold an email or pause an account.
- We review flagged activity. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account or organisation.
- Where the law requires it, or someone is at risk, we may report to the authorities.
If you think we've got it wrong, email kyle@imkylejk.me and a person will look again.
