These terms are an agreement between you and Kyle Kozlowski, a sole trader trading as Cloverr from Dundee, Scotland, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). They cover your use of Cloverr: the app, its subdomains, API and MCP server, booking pages, forms and community forum.
If you use Cloverr for an organisation, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 16 to use Cloverr, and at least 18 to create an organisation.
- Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. Turn on login verification if you can. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Each person has one account, and each account belongs to one organisation.
- Tell us straight away at kyle@imkylejk.me if you think someone else has accessed your account.
2. Organisations
- The owner of an organisation controls its workspace. They decide who joins, what each role can do, which AI teammates exist and what those teammates can access.
- Owners and admins can see and manage content shared in the organisation, but not other people's private mail or personal calendars.
- If you leave or are removed from an organisation, its workspace content stays with the organisation.
3. Your content
- You and your organisation own what you put into Cloverr.
- You give us permission to store, process, transmit and display it only to run Cloverr for you, as described in the Privacy policy and Data handling.
- We don't use your content to train AI models.
- You're responsible for having the right to use and share what you upload or send, including other people's personal data.
- Content you publish (public forms, booking pages, community posts, public profiles, public documents) can be seen by anyone.
4. AI teammates
Cloverr's AI features ("Bees") can draft, summarise, search and take actions within the access you give them.
- AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important before relying on it or sending it.
- You're responsible for what you choose to send or publish, including drafts an AI wrote.
- Emails sent outside your organisation are checked by an automated reviewer. Emails it flags are held for a person to review.
5. Acceptable use
Follow the Acceptable use policy. In short, no scams, phishing, spam, malware, harassment, illegal content, or attempts to break or overload the service.
We may hold emails, remove content, or suspend accounts or organisations that break it. We'll tell you why unless the law or someone's safety prevents us.
6. Plans and payment
- Cloverr has a free plan and may offer paid plans (for example Pro and Enterprise). Each plan's price, limits and billing terms are shown before you buy.
- Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If you're a consumer, you have 14 days from buying to cancel and get a refund. If you start using a paid plan during those 14 days, the refund may be reduced for what you've used.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The change takes effect at your next renewal.
7. Availability and changes
- We work to keep Cloverr running and secure. You can follow its health on our status page.
- We don't promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may change, add or remove features as the product develops.
- If we remove something you pay for, we'll give you reasonable notice and a fair refund where appropriate.
8. Ending
- You can stop using Cloverr and close your account at any time. Organisation owners can close their workspace.
- We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, for non-payment, or if required by law.
- Before closing a workspace you can ask us for a copy of its content at kyle@imkylejk.me. After closing, content is deleted as set out in the Privacy policy.
9. Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
- If you're a consumer, your legal rights are not affected by these terms.
- For business users:
- we're not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss;
- our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the greater of £100 or what you paid us in that period.
- We're not responsible for third-party services you connect (for example GitHub, calendar services or your own AI provider), or for what other people send you through Cloverr.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. If you don't agree, you can stop using Cloverr before the change takes effect.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
- Disputes go to the courts of Scotland.
- If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
